After reviewing several plots I found that:
1. Magnetic data is only present for the months of March 2009.
2. Spacecraft 1 does not have measurement during this month.
Analysing the plots
From my reading Im considring that the AAR encricles the earth at a MLat of about 70 degress and at altitudes between 1000 and 10,000 km.

For analysis pourpuses I choose 2009-063, since I there is Magnetic and position data for all the varaiable involved.

1. First thing to notice is that from 20:00 to 21:00 the S/C in the southern Hemisphere. At the moment I won't put attention in to this area.
2. From 21:00 to 22:10 The S/C is located to vey low MLat but high MLat Footpoint (at least between 65-75). Therefore the distribution measured here will travel to the AAR but at the moment of mesurement they are far from there. Also the S/C is at its closet point to the Earth at this point. I guess we are in the day side.
3. the period from 22:10 to 22:55 is characterized by high Mlatitude, above 70degrees, and very low Mlat footpoit (40 degrees). I think the S/C is in the Stagation region and ontop the cone create by the AAR.
Now the distribution analysis of the [4] points.
1. N/A at present moment. ( arbitrary descition)

3. We have Low energies and we are inside the 70o cone. but very high in altitude. I think this is the critical area. at the end of the peiod there is a spike which is enveloped by the magnetic field strength this burst might be one accompaning the CMI and AKR. The electrons measured here are low energies with the excption of the spike and and not of them will go to the AAR since they are located in a different MLat footpoit.
0 pitch - low energies and low concetration this are going to be absorbed.
90 pitch - High energies lower concetration than at 180 but bouncing back as well
180 pitch - Very low but concetrated energies goin back to the ecuador.
4. We have high concentration of high energies. cosidering our position we are in the Outer Radiation Belts, and we are detecting all the particules from this region.
0 pitch - going to the AAR, cant tell if they are going to get lost in the atmosphere.
90 pitch - Bouncing very quick at close at 18 degrees.
180 pitch - this particules going to the ecuador.
